So you might think I'm bananas but I have started mixing workouts!!! I am still doing my TurboFire, but I have decided to add in some ChaLEAN Extreme to do before my cardio, because I read somewhere (I can't remember where..) that doing weight training BEFORE cardio is better! I guess we'll see how that goes..but either way, it can't hurt right??
I've noticed no one has been commenting on my blog thus far, and that's okay... I really think I am doing this blog more for myself and my accountability and way to vent or reward myself for a good workout! However, I would LOVE to hear from anyone reading this about your workout regimen or if your looking for some support, because Lord knows I am far from being in shape so I can definitely relate to needing a little push! :)
